REFUND POLICY

1. Registration: No refund of Registration Fee shall be made under any circumstances whatsoever.

2. Technology Fee: No refund of Technology Fee, if charged, shall be made under any circumstances whatsoever.

3. Short Term Course Fee: No fee refund of any type will be made under any circumstances after joining the Short Term Courses.

4. Security Deposit: The deposit paid user/student to NACPL on the basis of MOU between Norton Agro Consultant Private Limited and user/student to provide and avail the service/product respectively may be refunded as per the agreement.

Each user/student will be charged as refundable security deposit after signing of MOU, if applicable, as noted below:

This amount shall be refunded to the user within three months from the date of completion of full payment of dues to NACPL as per MOU.

In case, the Central Govt. levies any kind of indirect tax or increases the existing GST of 18%, then, the additional liability will be payable by the user. In case of non-payment, the same shall be recovered from the security deposit. Moreover, any fee/ due or pending payments or penalties of NACPL shall also be debited from the security deposit amount.

Note for Dues/Fees:

No Cash will be accepted for Dues/ Fees which includes Registration Fee, Admission Fee, Technology Fee etc. The payment made on line along with the application form to avail the service/product of NACPL is charged as Registration Fee.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your payments including final installment to NACPL are settled , we will send you an email to notify you about the same. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved , then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three months.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
